趋化因子CC配体13(CCL13),又名单核细胞趋化蛋白4(MCP-4),是CC趋化因子家族中的小分子细胞因子。它的基因位于人类17号染色体上由其它CC趋化因子构成的大型集群中。CCL13通过结合细胞表面G蛋白连接的趋化因子受体如CCR2、CCR3和CCR5来趋化单核细胞、嗜酸粒细胞、T淋巴细胞和嗜碱粒细胞。CCL13活性参与过敏性反应如哮喘。炎症细胞因子如IL-1和TNF-α可诱导CCL13。
